ok,about 4 yrs ago i was at about 270lbs,i'm 6'2,so i started a workout program.i started slowly and worked up to doing cardio 30 min 6x a week, chest and bi's 2x a week tri's and back 2x a week legs 1x a week and abs 6x's a week, well i saw minimal results. The wierd thing is i cut out the cardio all together and i got into great shape very fast.I was down to 225 lbs and was pretty lean.well time past i got married and lazy and was back up to 260.i dont want to get back to 225 because i felt to small at that weight.well anyway i got back into working out and did my thing with the cardio,no results after 2 months.so i cut the cardio out and add more sets to the rest of the workout and am down to 252 with alot more muscle after 1 month.i wanna be about 240 with less fat then i have now but still gain muscle.anyone explain why when i do cardio i get less results? I have never heard anything like this before.

to tell you the truth i was eating a lot less then i am now,at the time i was on a diet.now i am eating very healthy lots of protein (about 1 gram per body lb)about 80-90 carbs and very little fat also added flax sed oil and bcaa to my supps, anyway i am getting much better results either from the food supplements or dropping the cardio
