Damn, I would've been in for Thermostat or Ester Sized-XP/NO-Xtreme but I've already agreed to log BCS Phenom following my current log. Lots of opportunity here though!!

I had thought about it, but there are soooooooo many epi logs and testing done that I simply don't see the point at this time. I'll be doing Plasmatic testers in a bit, at which time I may also look for some Methyl-E testers.

I assume you're shipping to the uk

I'm currently finishing off my IntraStack Log, have around 10 - 12days left.

Could I possibly apply even though I will still have a couple of days left on my current stack?

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):I've only been lifting concurrently about a year. That said, I was a track/cross country runner in high school and lifting was a big part of my training. I was naturally gifted in endurance, but lacked strength, which translates to speed, so I put a lot of emphasis on the lifting and it helped me a lot. That said, I also wrestled one year, to help recover from a knee injury.

When I started lifting a year ago, I went with the pretty standard split routine, lifting 5 days a week. At the first of this year, I switched to High INtensity Training ala Ellington Darden and Arthur Jones, and I've managed to get significantly leaner and stronger in the 2.5 months that I've been doing it.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): As I said, I do the HIT "program," so to speak. I lift 3 days a week. On two of those days, I lift very heavy, and on the 3rd I lighten the weight, add a couple more exercises and go for more isolation lifts just aiming for good volume to help "flush" some of the soreness out. My heavy days look like this:

    Deadlifts- 5-6 rep max
    Leg press- 5-6 reps
DB Bench Press- 5-6 reps(60lb'ers currently)
    Weighted Negative only Pullups-5 reps
Negative only decline press machine- 5 reps
    Bent over rows- 5 reps
Weighted Negative only dips- 5 reps
    Upright rows- 5 rep max

As you can see, I'm focused on strength right now, and continuing to lean down. I want to get stronger and leaner before I start training for bulk again later in the year.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I've gotten a bit off track with the cardio lately as my work situation has changed and I have a much longer commute. That said, I try(and usually do) to do one interval session per week on the football field, and one or two fasted sessions on the bike first thing out of bed in the morning.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name):Ergopharm 11oxo, VPX Meltodwn, MAN Vaporize, NOW Adam, ON gold standard whey, BSN syntha6, Scivation Xtend, Controlled Labs White Flood.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): I don't worry as much about details in my diet as I maybe should. The biggest thing that I try to do is get my carbs in early and in the form of a 3:1 carb/protein shake immediately pwo, and shift more towards protein and fat later in the day, with very little carbs(if any) being consumed after about 6pm. That said, I get around 150g's of protein a day, and try to keep my carb intake to 100g's a day.

Current Daily water intake: About a gallon. Should be more since I spend my nights standing over a stove.

Short Term Goal: To get leaner and gain strength.

Long Term Goal: Ultimately, I want to be an extremely lean(7% BF, currently 11%) 190lbs.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:Just the aforementioned supps.

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):Jungle Warfare, Badass Mass, NO XPlode, Endorush, **** CR2, Powerfull, TBombII(embarrassed to say), Leviathan Reloaded, Lean Xtreme, DCP, Napalm, Incarnate.

Other product reviews / logs you have done (with links): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...fat+loss+stack
