A warmup for the high jump?

Hey all, I'm working on a coaching certification assignment and it calls for a specific warmup for the high jump. Does anyone know of any warmup drills that exclusively high jumpers may use (in addition to standard warmup stuff like jogging, skips, etc.)?
I'm not looking for something too in depth.. just examples of drills or a "typical" warmup.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    A-man.

Warm-ups specifically for high jump? I might be thinking about some thing else here but this is what we do for our warm up before we actually start really jumping.

-Approaches, work on getting our foot placement right from our mark.
-Pop ups, you basically just stand with your back facing the mat (about a foot or so away from the mat) and jump straight up and work on arching your back).
    -5 step jump.
-Scissor kick over low bars from our approach (mainly to make our approach better)

Basically we do most of those before actually high jumping. Hope that helped.
