I just did a huge search on "most recommend NO product/ pre-workout supp." and I would recommend nano vapor. i found it to be one of the most recommended and i am currently on it and i have amazing pump and drive. i have taken NO-Xplode and i wasnt too impressed it just gave my a huge caffeine rush right after i took it but it only last for about a half hour and it takes the stuff about 45 min to start noticing the pump. or what little it gave me. the nano vapor u take 15 pre-workout and it kicks it pretty quick. One thing i really like about nano compared to xplode is no jitters(caffeine rush).

I prefer velocity xt because it contains PEA which gives you great focus for intense workouts. It doesnt rely on caffeine but still delivers a great rush of energy that doesnt make you crash afterwards.

Thank you for your positive input on REPS. Allow me to make a few corrections though. A 201-250 pound individual would take 5 rounded scoops which would result in 3.0g of Beta Alanine. A common dosage for Beta-Alanine in studies is between 3.0-3.2g. Anyone between 251-300 would take 3.3g in 6 rounded scoops. REPS also uses Creatine Monohydrate as that form of Creatine has more favorable research conducted on it currently.

Dr. Hoffman and Colleagues recently examined stacking Creatine and Beta-Alanine together and the results were simply amazing. The study used 33 highly trained college football players and monitored their results for 10 weeks. Prior to and following the 10-week study, the researchers had the football players keep a log of their dietary intake, measured the athletes' body composition, body weight, one-repetition maximum in the bench press and squat. The football players who consumed creatine and beta-Alanine increased their 1 repetition max on the bench by roughly 25 pounds. Increases in one-rep squat max were even greater, in that the increase in their 1 RM was improved by nearly 50 pounds. The athletes also gained a significant amount of muscle mass and lost 1.2% of body fat. The group that received the above gains ingested 5.0 g of Creatine Monohydrate and 3.2 g of Beta-Alanine. A second group ingested only 5.0g of Creatine and the third group received a placebo. The workout program that the subjects were placed on had the usual exercise, as well as followed conventional training methods for football players: bench presses, squats, deadlifts, power cleans, incline presses and flyes, rows, etc.

Naw, I'll use one serving pre-workout and then my own beta alanine/creatine/CLA combo for the rest of the day (small amounts through out the day is what I found works for me). Most research I read points towards that type of usage.
Buying them separately and then combining them isn't (which is what I meant). And there are a lot of brands that have beta alanine and creatine in them.
I use Higher Power's creatine and beta alinine (separate) with a CLA (put a post about it a while ago).Poi Dog

IMO, most NO products and designer creatines are a bit over the top. If you are looking for a good preWO energy boost, try Core ZAP. It will give you some serious energy, but without the jitters or crash. You can always buy bulk creatine for super cheap and stack it with it. If you want a sample, check the thread in my signature, we know you will love it when you try it!

I've just started using REPS, and like it so far, but I only weigh 170 and take only 3 scoops, and after reading everything, feel that I may need the recomended 5 scoops to get the benefit of the beta-alanine. Caffeine does not affect me at all either. What is the major benefit of everything in a pre-workout supp...
