just got pulled over what should i do
i was going 50 in a 30 but the cop but down that i was going only 44 so i wouldnt get 4 points but now i have still 2 too many. What if i dont plead guilty?
What should i do?

Shut the **** up and be happy he let you off. I got a ticket going 80 in a 50 before (km/h mind you) and I was pissed after, but I realized the cop was being nice knocking it down to a 69 in a 50 and saving me a ****load of trouble. Shut up and be glad you met one of the nice cops.

i got pulled over yesterday too. i was crusing in a aprklign lot and i wen behind the stores to go drift a little, but i saw a cop there before is tarted anythign so i turned aorund. cop comes up behind and flashes her lights, shes liek, waht you doin back ehre,, im likign lookign for my frined (thnkfulyl he drives by at that moment) asks allt eh typical questions and ****. she was pretty damn hot too!

if you choose to fight the ticket and the cop doesn't show up, then you get out of it. But if he does show up, then it will cost you more than the original ticket if you end up losing.

Yes more than likely he will show up. Also if you fight the ticket...I believe one of two things could happen.
1. Plea bargin to a lower offense? Maybe explain the situation to the prosecutor and he may let you off...maybe not?
2. If you fight it, I believe the cop can say he clocked you @ 50 in a 30, but wrote you for 44. Then you may be in even more trouble, with a bigger ticket, bigger fine + court costs.

It depends state to state...In Washington the Cop does not have to show up unless he is sepeenad. One of the best things I heard to do is to keep postponing the ticket until they make you go, than the officer might not show up. Also in Washington, every six years we get a deferral. Consists of you still have to pay the ticket but if you don't get another violation in 6 months than it does not go to insurance. Talk to a lawyer and at least see what your state does in terms of traffic violations.
