Honestly?
chest, traps and delts
You seem to have wider hips so it looks disproportioned.. So if you build chest/traps and delts you will look wider and more proportioned.
edit: actually your delts are looking good, but the other two for sure, MAINLY CHEST

Nuh mate you'll look VERY full when you have bigger lats and chest..
and yeah,....somehow in my previous post I forgot to mention lats..
Lats will be your best friend if you have wider hips (the picture may lie)
because it'll be your best way to achieve the "V" proportions.
 wide armed pulldowns my friend.
take care.

Simple.
Do not swing your back
Go at a slight angle
back straight
and pinch your lats on the way down

Great physique mate particularly shoulders. What sought of shoulder routine do you do?
Only thing i see is to improve on chest and lats as already mentioned so they look more proportionate with your shoulder and arms
Good stuff

i usually start off with military press, and do it for a very long time and do a lot of reps, then i do some front plate raises, some butterflies with the dumbbells. then some handstand push ups. those are really hard to get on just plain flat ground so i just use a wall to help me keep my balance
