How fast for body fat % loss?
I had a trainer at the local 24 hour fitness caliper measure my body fat and came out around 18% or so.
I have started running a timed carb diet and am hoping to get to 12-13% by the time summer rolls around (while maintaining muscle and strength).
is this a feasible goal? I have more or less 2.5 months officially now.

So how many lbs do you have to lose to reach 12-13% BF.
In my case, i was 165-167 lbs. at late December 2007. Now i am 150 lbs. today. So about a 15 lbs. weight loss for me. But that was with INTENSE treadmill cardio and a really restrictive diet.
Also you can look into doing the ECA stack to boost up your metabloism and fat loss.

Typical long-term loss rates for dedicated work-outs and strict nutrition are 0.5-0.7% body fat per week, or 1-1.5 lb per week. It usually goes faster at the beginning, slower at the end.

i'm actually trying to hold onto my weight and dont' want to drop lower than 160-165; that's why i'm running a timed keto diet. i'm hoping it will work.

You can lose at most 1% a week if you are very strict and have the right exercise program.

So the fact that in 4 weeks time my BF% roughly went from 18.6 to 17.2% and my LBM went from 191 to 196 is good progress? Or bad?
