My Activate/Lean Xtreme log
So this might be the worst log ever but I don't sit in front of the keyboard much.I work alot so not much free time.I'm not going to log exercises in depth but will let all know of poundage increases. Also wont be detailing macros or anything like that.It will be short and sweet!
Supps I will be taking daily:
Optimum Nutrition gold standard whey protein
Activate Xtreme+ Lean Xtreme(when complete I will use 1 bottle of 6oxo)
Omega 3s
Milk thistle
Saw palmetto
Glucosamine chondroiton msm
multi vita-mineral
WORKOUT:
DAY 1 chest & tris
DAY 2 back & bis
DAY 3 shoulders
DAY 4 legs
abs are usually worked daily.
CARDIO:
daily. I like to mix it up.treadmill, stationary bike, heavy bag
DAY 1: Started at 220lbs. Awoke with a slight headache today and it lingered all day.I had to go out of town so I drove alot and did not eat well.Today I had mexican food, beef jerky, protein drinks.Workout was light because of the headache but still had a good pump.I think this will be a great stack when I get rollin'. My test stays pretty high I believe. Always a horn-dog! Wife hates it! biggun_ out!

DAY 2: BACK & BI'S So far food has consisted of protein shakes, almonds, oatmeal, homemade beef stew today. Not anything new to report yet.I do feel like appetite is up a little, and maybe energy. Cardio was average but it was cold here today and my gym is my garage. I hate cold weather!

If the headaches continue, try increasing you daily water intake. If this does not seem to help drop down to 2 LX a day.

I will increase water intake and see how it goes. I only took 2 ax and 2 lx today because of the Advil I was popping!

DAY 4:So I worked shoulders today. Had a bad headache yesterday. Despite feeling like hammered sh*t all day at work I came home and had an awesome delt workout! Cardio just did not happen. Energy was up during the workout and the pump was killer but all day I was lethargic and felt spaced out at work.I do work 5am - 5pm in a machine shop so the hours dont help much.
So far today I have taken 3 ax and 2lx. Food consisted of protein drinks, almonds, swedish meatballs, chopped sirloin. I took in about 2 gals. of water today.Appetite still seems up. One thing I have read is that some people are experiencing joint pain due to cortisol retention, however I have constant shoulder pain which is now almost non-existant! Dont ask why I just know they are feeling good!(I have had labrum surgery in the past) I am still feeling good post-workout so maybe things are looking up! Tomorrow legs.Later!

DAY 5: Legs
Today was an average workout. Legs are my weakness anyway.I felt very tired all day. I have only been getting 3ax and 2lx down for feeling like crap.
I took in about 1.5 gals. of water. One thing that is really bugging me is my eyes are sunken in and I have dark circles underneath them since I started taking these supps. I have taken alot of things over the years and nothing has ever done this or made me feel this bad. I am getting good sleep at night so who knows, maybe it will pass.

Interesting. I'd drop the LX down to 1 for a couple days.

DAY 6: OFF DAY
Didn't feel to bad today. I took 3ax and 3lx and drank about 1.5 gals. of water. Anyone feel 1.5-2 gals. is adequate?
Food was protein, steak, potato, wheat bread, and chicken breast throughout the day. I think I just have to get used to these supps a few days. Chest & tri's tomorrow!

Water intake looks good. Are you taking the LX with food? What times of day are you taking it? And are you taking it at the same time as the ACTX?

DAY 7:CHEST & TRI'S
I took the day off from work today so I had a good workout! Usually do when I'm off. Felt good today, lots of energy. I am getting good pumps and seems like some added muscle hardness!
No dark circles under the eyes today. I may have a very slight touch of oily skin, other than that no sides! Dreams are very vivid!
Oh ,and joints still feeling good! I haven't noticed any strength gains yet.
Food today was eggs, protein, chicken breast, wheat bread, fish, and a little pasta.
Hopefully week 2 will get interesting! Tomorrow back & bi's!

Thanks uhockey! Really wasn't going to log macros or exact set/rep and poundage.Sorry but that takes a little to much of my time. I don't stay in front of the pc much.As far as calories go I would say around 3000.

If you are still getting the headaches I would try taking the ACTX at a different time then the LX. ACTX can simetimes cause a little drop in blood sugar so that might be a contributing factor.

I tried them at seperate times and I feel they work better if I take them at the same time. Had a slight headache for awhile today but I believe it was from paint fumes(redoing a room). I do feel better when taken with a meal.

DAY 10:LEGS
Energy was good, however still no strength gains. I think I am seeing a little reduction in fat around the belly.I started out around 13-14% bf. I have been kinda neglecting cardio. I think the next few days I am going to focus more on that.
Food today was protein, eggs, chicken spaghetti, steak, and wheat bread.

LOL, outta sight outta mind.
Hopefully, you should start seeing some strength gains soon, but you're a big boy, so it might take extra time. How are you dosing the ActX?
