On 9/6/08 i was in an accident im ok just got some stitches on the forehead and my leg is a lil bruised up..docs today me to keep cool for a month or so and my question was i was on my 2nd week of phase 2 3x4, now when i come back do i start from here or the Beginning of phase 2?

I personally would start all over from the beginning on the program in general. Thats just me though.
