    Pre-Contest PUMP ... ????

    Can someone gimme some tips or a artical on getting a pre contest pump, im not competing yet, but i want to do some really nice pictures. Like what exercises should be done before a contest, how long before the contest should you do them, reps, weight, just gimme the whole thing on pre contest pump, thanks

    1) Use a weight that you are doining 15 reps with
    2) Never pump your legs they flex better cold
    3) Choose exerises that you fell you get the best pump out of in the gym. Eg: i get a better pump out of bench press than i do with dips or flys
    4) Consume something very high in sugar or an alcholic beverage 20 mins b4 your pose this will thin out your blood and make you alot more vascualr.

    Theres is prol alot more but thats all i can think of at the moment

    Any other ways to pump, im using superpump250, im going to be taking pictures in the gym upper body mainly
