I've been reading a lot about fat loss and frustratingly the vast majority of articles are aimed at men.
I'm happy being petite and want to keep my body feminine, however i am hoping to get my body fat percentage right down so the muscle i'm gaining is more visible! Much like everyone else.
I've been following a high protein low/no carb diet for the past 3weeks and apart from being told (WITHOUT prompting from my boyfriend!) that you can see more definition on my body i'm struggling to see results myself.
I would like to follow a low GI diet or something that is going to aid my aims.
If anyone has an example of a diet plan for women rather than the very high calorie intake i see in men's magazines etc i'd be really grateful.
