Fat loss meal plan for women?

I've been reading a lot about fat loss and frustratingly the vast majority of articles are aimed at men.
I'm happy being petite and want to keep my body feminine, however i am hoping to get my body fat percentage right down so the muscle i'm gaining is more visible! Much like everyone else.

I've been following a high protein low/no carb diet for the past 3weeks and apart from being told (WITHOUT prompting from my boyfriend!) that you can see more definition on my body i'm struggling to see results myself.

I would like to follow a low GI diet or something that is going to aid my aims.

If anyone has an example of a diet plan for women rather than the very high calorie intake i see in men's magazines etc i'd be really grateful.

Hope to hear from you guys!

looking at your photos, you look pretty lean already. theres not gonna be anything more you can do to drop more quickly when your that lean.

me and my gf have both been on a cutting for 5 weeks now. she eats between 1600-1700 calories a day on a 35p/35c/25 fat ratio diet. we both do the same workout, strength training wise and cardio. ive lost twice as much as her since we started, but that seems pretty normal when comparing men and women.

just keep at it and keep lifting. the results will show if you keep eating clean.

need a lot more muscle to look quite toned/defined, don't worry about becoming bulky with huge muscles since it is much harder than most people think.. especially if you're on a cut or maintenance diet.
