Day of Event

So, it is the day of the event for me, a first timer. Here is the schedule

3:00 Event Meeting
4:30 Pre-Judging
7:00 Main Event

My question is from a lifting, pumping strategy, when should I do it. Fortunately, I only live about 10 minutes from the event and have a full gym in my basement. Also I am thinking about using superpump to help with the pump. Is this a good idea?

Thanks for your experience.

Big lesson learned. If you weight 131 lbs compete in the Open Light Weight or Bantam weight class, not masters, not novice. Oh well, I learned a lot and had fun. Check out my blog.
