Weird Q to ask but here it goes...

After lifting is it normal for sexual drive to go down? I notice at least for me it goes back up when I do cardio all week. I know this sounds corny, but being that we are teens shouldn't it always be high?

Well I don't know about working out lowering sex drive, it doesn't affect me lol.

But I do know overtraining lowers sex drive.

yah i dunno man, i don't find it to be abnormal at all.

It really depends on your mentality when you're in the gym. If you lift like 95% of the gym does, then it shouldn't affect ur sex drive at all. However, if you get in the gym with the sole purpose to give it everything you've got, sex won't cross your mind at least for several hours after the workout and after eating something.

I actually get to lift after school for a little over an hour, followed by running sprints n all. Personally, when i work out, i get creative and do some crazy **** stuff and i usually end up ready to pass out on the ground. I believe that if you aren't pushing yourself to the greatest lengths, you aren't pushing anything, and you won't get bigger or better. Before lifting, during the day, im usually horny as **** n wish i could just beat one off or be with the gal. After lifting though, I do my hw and eat n get my ass to bed for the next day.
