    No shoulder work in waterbury routine?

    Im doing the ABBC routine (lol, i forgot what it was called) and it has no direct shoulder work in it. I've always atleast incorperated military press in my past routines...Could my shoulders really get enough of a workout from bench press and bent over rows alone?
