    What I'll be looking for:
    1.The main reason for this log of course: How does this Taste? What ratio of PW/H20 tastes the best?
    2. Increased Endurance during workout. Will I be less fatigued if I sip it throughout my workout?
    3. Tingly Feeling from Beta Alanine. At what amount if any will the BA Tingling set in?
    4. How does Purple Wraath help me overall in gaining strength and improving recovery time?


    I will be posting my workouts for the split prior to starting Purple Wraath as a basis as well as my supplements.

    I will rate Purple Wraath Lemonade on the following criteria using a 0-10 scale with comments. (I don't anticipate using anything near a 0 )

    1. Taste
    2. Mixability
    3. Endurance
    4. Cost Value
    5. Overall performance enhancement

    Had a real good workout today! Back and Shoulders got absolutely torched! Short rest between sets really exhausted me...can't wait for PW to come so I can see if my endurance increases. Tomorrow is my off day and my workout cycle restarts on Monday, so hopefully it gets here by then!

    Thumbs up First Impression :)

    I am going to be testing Purple Wraath Lemonade in different amounts of water with a varying amount of scoops for the first 4-5 days that I take it. I am trying to find the perfect amount of water to go with the perfect amount of Purple Wraath Lemonade.

    Today's Mix: 1 Scoop of PWL with 32 oz of water

    Taste: 8/10

    This was a little bit weak, but it was to be expected because it was a high ratio of water to PWL. This isn't to say that I didn't enjoy it during my workout, but I don't want to be posting a 10 or a 9.5 and find a couple of mixes that are better and have to rate them off the chart. I really enjoyed the lemonade because it was refreshing when I was thirsty and my mouf was dry.

    Mixability: 9.5/10

    I mixed the PWL into the water while I was at work and checked it out about 15 minutes later when my workout was starting. There was very few "specks" and pretty much all of it was dissolved. The flavor never varied during the whole bottle.

    Endurance: 7.5/10

    I mainly felt refreshed by drinking it during my workout and didn't really feel "the tingles", maybe because it wasn't a high enough dose or maybe because I like to be constantly shaking(staying on my toes when i'm sitting and my legs so that I keep my blood pumping and my heart rate up.     I mainly felt refreshed by drinking it during my workout and didn't really feel "the tingles", maybe because it wasn't a high enough dose or maybe because I like to be constantly shaking(staying on my toes when i'm sitting and my legs so that I keep my blood pumping and my heart rate up. I'm defintely going to be testing more scoops to see if i feel a difference. It seems like a air guess that it will.

    Yesterday was my second time working out with Purple Wraath Lemonade.

    Yesterday's Mix: 2 Scoops PWL with ~36 oz of water.

    Taste: 9.5/10

    Today's mix was really great and the only reason I gave it a 9.5 is because I still have a couple other mixes i want to try that could potentially be better. The lemonade flavor was more prevalent and even more refreshing.

    Mixability: 9/10

    This one didn't dissolve as quickly as the other one, for obvious reasons. There still weren't any specks and the consistency was good.

    Endurance: 9.5/10

    I finally felt the tingles. I was pretty excited because I wasn't feeling as jacked as I usually am when I work out because I got less sleep the night before. I wasn't at the Y for as long as last time, but it was still as tiring and as intense. Definitely felt an increase in energy throughout the workout that was welcomed on a strenuous back and shoulders day.

    Thumbs up 3rd Day on PWL

    Well, yesterday was the third day on PWL and I decided once again to mess with the PWL to water ratio. I used the same ~36 ounce bottle as the other day, but I put in 2.5 scoops. Yeah, i know it says 1-2 scoops, but i wanted to see if it affected me any more than 2 scoops.

    Yesterday's mix: 2.5 scoops in ~36 oz water

    Taste: 9/10

    This mix tasted almost as good as the previous day, but it still wasn't good enough to take the cake. The lemonade wasn't overpowering however and if cost isn't a factor, this wouldn't be a bad choice.

    Mixability:8.5/10

    It still mixed very well, but it didn't dissolve as quickly as the other 2, therefore i had to give it a lower score.

    Endurance: 10/10

    This really kept me going through my leg day. I did leg presses followed directly by a bunch of calf raises on the leg press machine and my legs were shaking, but I was able to keep going. Felt the tingles more than the oher day because of the obvious increase in BA dosage

    Mix of the Day: 2 Scoops with 36 oz of water (going to be the standard I believe)

    The taste as well as the mixability is going to be the same as I stick with the same scoop/water ratio. If anything changes, i will be sure to make note of that.

    ~Crazy increase in strength recovery, especially in Incline DB Press. I usually have trouble locking out 75's to do the first rep, but it was a little easier today and I kept telling myself "one more" lol.

    Today was pretty much the most recovery I have had in a workout ever. I noticed a great increase in strength/endurace and recovery during my chest exercises. I hit two PR's today in flat bench and in incline DB press.
