Epistane at 20mgs

Friend was thinking of running Epistane at 40mgs for 4 weeks. I told him he should possibly reconsider since he's still 20 (although hes been lifting for a lonnngg time) I was curious as to what the effects would be if you ran this at 20mgs until the bottle was finished (6 weeks)

less sides with less gains? Think you could still squeeze 5-7 pounds out of the cycle if you ate right and lifted hard?

dude 40mg is crazy and you shouldent run it longer than 5 weeks..4 to be safe..its so hard on your liver..he should do 10mg for 4 days then 20mg then for week 3 and 4 do 30mg

yeah if it was for me i would have said it was, lol. i'm just curious if the cycle would yield modest results at 20mgs. i don't want to tell him to do something, he takes it, and gets nothing out of it.

At 20 he could still get alot of gains naturally but it is good that you are here asking questions it may save your friend from a hard lesson if he will listen to the advice. If he is going to do it no way should he be doing 40mg the whole time more like 10/20/30/30 i would go no futher than 4 weeks. Even at 20mg for 6 weeks it could take a toll on liver because it is a methyl and really sould not be taken any longer than 4 weeks.

Does your friend know anything about support supplements and pct? If he is going to run this please ask him this and if you need to come back here and ask any questions you may have i would be happy to help

We don't recommend anyone under 21 take Epistane. With that being said I have a feeling he is going to do it anyways. Always take the smallest effective dosage. 20mg is more than enough for people old enough to take Epistane. Some choose to take more, but there isn't much need unless you are just really impatient .
