Cutting phase which sups in addtion to....
I am getting ready to start cutting and need to see if i am on target for my supps
multi v- animal pak
CLA
Lipo-6
protein powder - ON 2x daily
creatine- cellmass
am i missing anything??? ie...BCAA
and should i take a NO product while cutting?
i do a crap load of cardio
and my calorie carb and fat #'s have all been cut down
