Exclamation Mixing Supplements? New to the game!

I was wondering if anyone had any information on adverse affects of mixing supplements. I take a NO booster a Creatine Sup. and a Protein Sup.! I usually end up drinking about a gallon of water in the first hour of the day. Is is it okay to mix these supplements together or does that hinder the chemical make-up for proper utilization of the supplement?

those are all standard supplements, mixing them is completely fine. there are very few bodybuilding supplements that are not recommended to go together, but that usually is when you get into things that do more than what you have there. you're fine mang.

Thank you! I'm a little apprehensive with doing things with supps unless I have confirmation. I'm starting a 12 week program and it's very important that I don't have any unnecessary road blocks. I've gotten to a point where my health and my weight have become a major concern of mine. Not to the point of serious health conditions, but that I'm 30 and my window of opportunity for turning things around is getting smaller.

yea dude it's totally cool to mix supps and i'm pretty sure a good portion of us serious lifters do it.

For example my stack right now is:

Animal Pak
Animal Nitro
Storm
Shock Therapy
Isostak
ON Whey Protein
Torrent for PWO
ZMA before bed

What's most important when you are taking your supps is timing. Be sure to read up on your ingredient profiles on your supps as well. Don't want to buy two different products if they do the same $h!t. Google search and this website work great for educating yourself on anything workout related.

Thanks! I have had other guys in my gym tell me I had a good basic stack. I just didn't know if mixing the supplements together would create an issue. I guess they all end up in the stomach anyways, but I would rather be safe than sorry! Thanks for all the info!
