Arabs , Muslims ? any?
Hey there,
We're here to share encouragement and motivation and I am open to talk to everyone but I was wondering if there are any Arabs (middle eastern, north african) or Muslims here! (men and women)
there are many Arabic websites for bodybuilding but i prefer BB.COM so let me know if you're here!

I'm a Muslim. I always feel a little uncomfortable on this sight because I would like to post my progress, but I don't want to over expose myself. Far from the most religious person, but I do believe in modesty. This is really conflicting with my wish to compete. How many sports can you start competing in at the age of 32 or more and actually do well? Even get endorsements? There's middle ground on the site, of course. But to compete is completely different.
