I've been running it for almost 2 weeks now. The first week I went with 3 caps a day, and this second week I jumped it to 4 and will keep it there for the rest of my 30 day cycle. I am noticing more strength and lean-ness (is that a word) since I bumped it to 4 a few days ago.... Check out my log in my sig if you are interested in more details...

Thanks, just looked over your log.
Your diet looks really clean. I usually just cut out carbs, starting at dinner time and start slowly moving back on the amount in the afternoon. By the time I hit low carb at lunch, Im usually pretty cut up. But often Ive lost too much muscle by then.
The last few years I have just run a PH during the cut and that worked great, usually added a few lbs of muscle. But this year I have my honeymoon coming up and I want my dick to work 100% so I dont want to risk a PH.
