My mom is a personal trainer and she got the p90x dvds and its as good as they say it is on tv. You can create a whole week of workouts from it becasue they have hour tapes such as chest and triceps, biceps and back, legs, shoulders and arms. I havent really been using them as much as i use to because ive been trying to get bulker but if you are tryin to get tone and cutter p90 is the way to go.
