Don't expect a supplement company to wipe your ass for you, only YOU know what you eat, which pre you take, and how much folic acid you intake daily. Supplement accordingly.-POISON

any joint stiffness/soreness?
first post for me - good blog. I've subscribed.
any soreness form the 11oxo? I've been taking 6 caps a day, and have definately felt joint pain. I've also ramped up my L-argenine caps (NO) and while they've never caused joint pain before, that's the only other change.
could just be me though.

what about your workout routine? has that changed at all, for example, increased the amount of times you workout, or perhaps the length when you do? 11 allowed me to workout harder and longer and my joints hurt a little, i think it was due to the extra stress i was putting on them so i made sure to take joint supplements and i felt better.

11oxo and NO maybe?
The workouts haven't changed too much actually, and the soreness is in joints not related to recent workouds (fingers, ankles, as well as knees, hips, sholders, etc.) Strange, I know. I've upped my fishoil to see if that helps. I've also stopped the NO pills just to see if that might be it. Not sure why I chose them, I just didn't want to stop the 11oxo

Sorry I am late for this one. I am going to have to try out the trasdermal 11oxo in the near future.

Lol well last week was Spring break.
Went down to Florida. Still recovering... Not a whole lot to say.
When I came back(last Friday) I was at 202, looking real bloated and fat. Surprisingly I'm back down to 198 today and looking leaner then ever. I suppose it's all the glycogen re-uptake and leptin restoration.
Everything's going fine. I'm down from 216 when I started(On Jan 15th) so my lifts are definitely down some. Kind of depressing, but it'll be worth it!
I'm starting to get that little V around my hips. I can see one vein on my lower abs. I'm guessing I'm sitting at around 9-11%.11B, NASM CPT, CFL1

I did something awful to my back today. I'm afraid it might be a herniated disc.
Was doing deadlifts, trying to up the intensity... I think I didn't reset my form correctly on the bottom, pulled really hard, felt a pop... snap... explosion... what have you in my lower back and just collapsed.
I can hardly walk now and my lower back is just incredibly stiff and there's lots of sharp pain if my trunk isn't perfectly stable.11B, NASM CPT, CFL1

Very easy.
You just need the bulk powder and a carrier(I use Penetrate from Nutra).
Then just put about half the carrier liquid in a different container, boil a pot of water, set that container in the water to heat it up, pour about .5-1g of powder in at a time and stir until it's completely in solution. Then you just keep doing that. 8oz of penetrate can hold about 10g of powder.
Well the pump that comes with penetrate are about .5ml/pump. I just apply it to my upper thighs, it dries within a few seconds.
Turns out I just popped my spine out of alignment, and it popped back into place over the next few days. Feels fine now.
Thanks, i'll update tonight.11B, NASM CPT, CFL1

Quick update...
I let my diet slide for about 4 days. I was just starving, ALL the time, even when I'd just eaten. Felt like I did on the v-diet. Weird thing is now after four days of just eating whatever I wanted to I don't get ANY cravings, even though I only had a protein shake for breakfast and that's it.
Your body really lets you know what you need. I lost a little definition, but I think most of that is due to bloating. It won't be too hard to lose any fat I put on fairly soon.
Today I started the methyls. Instead of 30mg of Methyl-E I'm going to do 20mg Methyl-E plus 10mg M-Drol. Timing will be 10mg Methyl-E at breakfast, 10mg Methyl-E at lunch, and 10mg M-Drol post workout.
I'm really hoping my methyl-e isn't bunk... those threads scared me, but I guess we'll see!11B, NASM CPT, CFL1
