I'm assuming you're talking about supplements? There's a seperate forum for that, and besides that, there is no "wrestling stack". Supplements aren't sport, or even muscle specific. You obviously need to read ALOT more before you start asking questions, and if I were you, I would focus on training, eating, and sleeping before worrying about supplements, because they don't help that much. What does your current training look like?

Hm ok.. my question to you though, is why would a wrestler use a specific supp? You should get supps based off of your goal as far as are you trying to get stronger, are you trying to get bigger, are you trying to lose weight..? Because that has alot more to do with it than the sport does. So if you tell me what your goals are, I can give you some specific advice.

You don't need much for wrestling. Don't get creatine, the last thing you want to do is put on extra water weight.

Whey Protein (don't want muscle to atrophy)
Multi-Vitamin (when you're cutting hard, you're diet is sometimes too small to get the stuff you need)
    Fish Oil (good for anyone)
    PR's:
    Bench: 300 lbs
    Back Squat: 380 lbs
Clean and Jerk: 130 kg (286 lbs)
    Snatch: 100 kg (220 lbs)

    look at what you eat
if you dont eat alot of meat... then think bout a protein
if you dont eat alof of healthy fats... then think bout a fish oil
if you dont eat alot of greens... then think bout a multi vit
if you dont eat alot of grains... then think bout a carb drink
if you dont eat alot of beef... then think bout a creatine
if you dont like eatting after working out or practise think bout a protein/ dextros drink

supplement are meant to be SUPPLEMENTed into your diet, so if your diet is in check then you prob dont need supplements or if you can stomach food after a workout/ practise then you dont need supplements

The guy is obviously ignorant and needs to worry about other things before he focuses on "stacks for sports." But ya, if you insist, go with protein, multi, and fish oil.

You can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time... There are exceptions but you aren't one of them.

The only rec supps I would say are these....

Whey hydrolysate (After & before workout... and breakfast)
    Maltodextrin(Same as above)
    Creatine Mono
    Good multi (eg. Animal Pak)
    Fish Oil
Clean foods (If you want to gain the maximum of 1 pounds of muscle a week with that ideal ration of 3:1, eat clean)
    50mg of D-BOL @ ED

(please God don't take the last one serious nooB)

Veeshmack: @ 15 you dont need to worry about suppliments

    ^^^
I second that, just worry about form

and don't listen to anyone that suggests creatine. They obviously dont wrestle. You want as little water weight as possible. go to wrestling camps and practise your form. I have been wrestling for a long time trust me cutting weight is hard. You are just getting out of middle school, where they have a weight class every 3.5 lbs. cutting weight for you has not even happened yet. just watch what you eat and keep and open mind to all different wrestling styles that cross your path.
