    help me with meal timing.

    I just started lifting and am trying to figure out timing for what and when to eat.
    right now this is a basic schedule Ive been on
    (shakes are made with reduced fat milk)

    9-930--- eat 2 scrambled eggs with a couple pieces whole grain bread.
    10--- 3 egg whites
    11--- 22g whey protein shake
    1115---no xplode
    1130-1--- gym
    115--- 22g whey protein
    2--- can o tuna
    5---chiken sandwich
    7---regular dinner(whatever the wife makes-enchiladas, pot roast etc.)
    11---44g casein shake


    any suggestions on what needs to be added/removed and timing of what to be eating at a certain time

    timing is inconsequential as long as you have a decent PWO
    You certainly ont need to be eating 9 times a day
    Id add some carbs PWO
    Seems like you have no fruit, veg, just a couple whole grains and no healthy fats, just protein.

    they are too good not to eat=)

    i forgot to mention usually sometime in the afternoon throughout my shift at work i manage to get down a couple pieces of fruit/veggies and a can of v8.

    what are your guys favorite foods for carbs?

    meal timing is not a must.
    I thought i was bulking up. 65kg - 64.4kg in a week
