L-Taurine and L-Tyrosine how much to take in 1 day?

how many grams of L-Taurine and L-Tyrosine should you take in 1 day im about to order greenmag and a multi but multis iv been reading *the good ones* have it in it allready.

Most good multi vitamins contain vitamins and minerals, not amino acids........Just follow the instructions on the label.

i was looking at this 1 as i heard it was a good 1.

anamil pack has to many tabs for me lol

opt = 3 times a day and greenmeg = 1 time

so ill be getting like about 5-10g of thouse 2.

If Animal Pak is too many pills for you either get the one you already have picked out or NOW Adam.

Taurine is good at around 6-10 grams a day. I'm not sure about Tyrosine, but I do know it has to be cycled.

yea im looking for a diffrent multi greenmag looks good just was searching about it more.

im searching for a new multi.... i did some more research about greenmag and im getting it. so that has thouse 2 things in the top so im needing a new multi
