Quick question: I am almost 32 years old and I've been training hard for nearly 3 months now. I used to train back in the days but stopped and now got back in the swing of things. If I make decent gains just using the typical protein shake supplements, creatine, etc., will Havoc really make strong gains?
I started at 215 with body fat of course thrown in there. I am now around 225-230, depending on what time of the day it is. I am pretty sure I lost fat and gain muscle and seen an increase in the size of my body parts like arms and legs.
