with fitday my calories burned gives me 4 900 and my intake is a little over 1800. I know fitday is just a ballpark figure but still i seem to be way too low .
but im always full!! any suggestions
meal1 7:00 2 egg whites +2 bacon stripes+2 turkey bacon stripes!
meal2 10:00 1 can tuna +2 tablespoons mayo!
meal3 1 pm 2 pork chops + 2 slices of cheddar cheese!
meal4 5 pm .5 cups ground beef +4 turkey bacon slices +2 slices of cheddar+2 tablespoons fresh cheese!
meal5 9:00 2 tablespoons cream cheese + 100gr fresh cheese+1 scoop whey!
and this keeps me full.
