    nope, but I can't find it right now. Maybe it was referenced in one of those and I went and looked it up.

    Those are still relevant and support my assertion though.

    Also bear in mind they types and assumed quantities of carbs discussed in this thread. Clearly a ****-load of carbs + small amount of protein is going to be both insulinogenic and result in higher blood sugar compared to a relatively small amount of carbs and lots of protein.

    But calorie for calorie, the insulin response of apples is about the same as beef, cheese (casein), and fish. And anything with a bit of whey is going to me far more insulinogenic (e.g. milk, yogurt, CC etc..).

    Check out the glucose vs. insulin response of the yogurt.
