Post Workout Shake vs Breakfast

Hi

Before I continue I would like to apologize if this has been asked before but I did try a search several times and nothing really turned up.

My question is this:
In the morning I go to gym on an empty stomach. I train and then go straight to work. At work I can cook myself some oats and I keep 1/2 my protein shake rations at work. I know I am meant to have a post work out shake BUT I am also meant to have breakfast. If I get to work at 08:30 that means I can only really have breakfast at 11:00 (eating every 2 to 3 hours). But if i have breakfast that means I won't get protein again until 11:00.

Which should I do, post work out shake then breakfast at 11:00 or breakfast and normal shake at 11:00 OR getting totally wild have both (but i really do feel fat after trying this) at 08:00 and a protein shake at 11:00

Thanks in advance for any answers.

wake up .. before you go to the gym mix some milk+oats+whey+fruit in a blender, put it in a cup and sip on it to the gym

after the gym have a POST WORKOUT SHAKE,

then eat a couple hours later at work.

dont train on an empty stomach, after fasting overnight there is no need to make your body more catabolic then it already is.

Pre/Post workout nutrition is vital dont neglect it even if you feel fat.. your body will thank you for replenishing it after working out and not starving it
