whey looks good id get creatine mon by ON in powder form, fish oil is fine, and mulit use waht u want i like the PAK
also id limit my whey comsumption to breakfast, and post work out cuz u need the quick absorbtion at those points, all other times it real food sources, chicken, tuna, beef, ect,
also drink 8 to 16 oz water every 2 hours AT LEAST, not chug but sip, and 5 grams creatine post is fine, i loaded the mono using 20 grams per day for the first 5 days some say you dont have to i did! howp i could help
