Calorie negative, is not a food thats a black hole vortex, that when you eat it, it sucks a portion of your belly into it.
Its basically food with LITTLE or NO calorie. Food thats just FIBER. What happens is you lift your arm to eat it, you chew your mouth to eat it, and your stomach and intestines spend energy to move it down until you poop it out. These all take energy. If the energy expenditure of eating is greater than the energy gained from the food, the result is a negative delta in calories.
It really is no different than eating a chocolate bar really slowly, and running 5 miles during the process of eating it.
