Are products intended to aid "focus" legit?
I don't necessarily have add or anything of that sort but my entire junior year i am having an impossible time focusing in and getting work done (note: its monday at 1:30 after a long weekend, get my point?). I am an "A" student in honors and ap classes but have slipped recently, obviously junior year in high school is not a good time to slip.
I've read a little bit about products such as Focus XT and am thinking about trying it?
Also, should I be caffeine concious in stacking it with Lipo 6, wheyabolc protein, and possibly animal cuts/no-explode down the road?
