i would first make sure i have a post workout protein, and a muli vitamin.

then i found it helpful to keep muscle/strength (or possibly gain it) by taking 30+ grams of creatine monohydrate a day and bea alanine.

but as everyone else will say, diet is number one. cant get stronger by not eatin enuff.
