Use the search button. You will get 2342342342 threads on this.
Animal Pak and Orange triad have seemed to have the best reviews. But those are more than just a daily multivitamin (joint ingredients and such). Mega man is prolly better than a daily mv, but definetly not the best. More than likely nothing gnc brand is "the best".
I'd suggest just a daily for you without iron. The mega man multi will definetly do. If you have money to drop, you can look into the ones I've posted, but at your age you don't need them.Last edited by ncjhak23; 03-10-2008 at 01:34 PM.

Orange Triad.
AnimalPak if you like swallowing a handful of pills whole...BULK stack:
Controlled Labs (Orange Triad, Green MAG, Purple Wraath, White Blood)
Optimum Nutrition (Whey, Casein)
NOW Foods (Ultra Omega-3, Flax Seed Oil)
Designer Supplements (Activate Xtreme)
Getting into shape isn't a project, it's a lifestyle.

I've been using OT since January. I hesitate to credit OT completely, but there have been some serious illness (flu, colds, strep) going around the office and I have yet to be touched by it (banging on a piece of wood). But I can't help but think the OT and working out might have something to do with it.

A regular one-a-day multi will be sufficent if you have an overall balalnced diet. The extra goodies in the other multis, like OT or Animal Pak, are just that, extra goodies. They dont' urt, they do help, but in terms of answering your actually question, a regular one-a-day multi will be sufficent. Try to get a name brand one though, like NOW or AST, not the cheap dollar store brands.
Any information I give you is just that, information; it is not the permission to take any supplement or partake in any illegal activity.
