I think its perfectly fine.
I take:
6:00AM - 3 Omega-3, 1 scoop whey, 1 multi
10:30AM - 3 Amino 10,000
12:30PM - 5 Anavol, 5g creatine(PreWO)
2:10PM - 2 scoops whey 5 g creatine (PWO)
4:30PM - 3 Amino 10,000
6:30ish - 3 omega 3
7:45PM - 5 Anavol, NO-Xplod, 5g creatine (PreWO #2)
9:45ish - 2 scoops whey, 5g creatine (PWO #2)
10:45isj - 1/2 scoop whey, 1 multi
Drink at least 2 gallons water a day
