I just bought some fat free refried beans. they taste amazing! Anyone have some recipes? How long will they last outside of the can in the fridge?

I love refried beans, I just eat the normal kind. They are delicious. I love them plain. I throw them on my salad sometimes also. But yea throw them on anything and itll taste good. Even chicken.

make your own beans and add yum yums. i boil beans and add some veggies and then mash it up. healthier, tastes better, much much cheaper.
