I would manage this project, rename it to Bodybuilding.com Island, and put each member's name on a plaque on the island if they contributed. We could have streets named things like O' RLY Lane and Cell-Tech Blvd.
I would donate $100,000 myself to help make this happen. Are you guys serious about this?

If we open this up to the entire board, and get huge numbers on our side, we can easily breech the 1 mil mark and go to a much larger, more readily developed island. There was one of the coast of NC for 6 or 7 mil that came with soem serious acerage and had over 20 ocean front zoned lots!!
