The most important thing is that we ALL own the island. We cannot exclued anyone that payed from ANYTHING. This will just cause arguements and hurt the point of the island.


The more you pay the more say you have. Otherwise, it's equal ownership.

We are the GREAT misc. If we divide the island up, someone will get pissed, and that will be our downfall. The most important thing is to share all property, and build sweet ****. Otherwise there will be war over parsels of land like in the Fuedel era.

Anyone who pays will own a part of the island and have a percentage of say-so in the future plans of developement. For example - a guy who pays $20 will hae twice as much voting power as a guy who pays $10 and so forth. So - if you want to be higher up on the voting power pay more. I say we buy it, build a couple huge hotels and start parting our asses off and have people make it their favorite vacation spot to get hammered - charge outrages prices b/c we can and we all make a few bucks off the deal.

Right but thats 65k that just sank into nothingness. And knowing the Misc. one island will be called "Miss" and the new one designated "Misk" and there will be violent combat.

If we buy the initial island, then others will believe - and the "original" group can use that island as their own retreat and the "big island" will be the huge money maker and when we are tired of the hussle and bussle of the party scene we can take the misck jet to the "little" island to get away.
