2 year progress pics!!
started out at 6'0 145
heres at 205lbs
Now 6'0 215
Edit: I actually started lifting in june 06 so it would be 1 year 8 months.

I too am 6"0. and i started bulking at 150 lbs about 4-5 months ago. So far ive been at 180lbs but i feel like im stuck here.
I stay between 175-180 everyweek. I guess what im eating is just not enough..

I was also stuck at 180-185 and i added weight gainer protein 3x a day and packed on some pounds. I would say you just need more calories in your diet.

yes all naturally. I eat every 3 hours and make sure i get at least 40 grams of protein and 60g carbs per meal. I use ALOT of protein powder/weight gainer. As for other supplements, i have used all kinds of stuff such as creatine, NO, ect. The money i used to spend on creatine i now use on my diet to eat better and ive noticed way better results.
