How do you cut and not lose muscle or strength?
im thinking of starting a cut but i dont know if im suppose to work out with the cut to prevent losing mass. Is there a method to cut efficiently and maintain muscle mass and stregth?

at 6'0 and 166 lbs, there should be no cutting necessary. You need mass first.
If you have no bodyfat to lose you're sure to burn muscle.

also, be sure to get some BCAA's to keep muscle loss down.

i dont really know my bf% but im estimating that its at least 12% becuz i can barely see my 6 pack unless im under good light and i definitely have some flab. btw im not efficiently gaining mass. ive been stuck at 165ish for like 2 months
