Friend asked me: "what's your secret?" on Thursday.
I said. "OK, I'll tell you: Celltech Hardcore!"
No seriously I told him there is no secret just dedication.
Any of u guys get friends and other guys askin you if there's a "secret" to bodybuilding?

yah i have friends ask me too. i just said ive been working out 4-5 times a week for the past year and a half. then they realize.

People ask me all the time.
When I tell them about diet and lifting 4-5times a week there face drops and I can tell they are thinking "**** that... Oh well, didn't really want to get buff anyway"

when I tell my mates about diet, what I do on certain days, reps and sets thier face just goes blank so sometimes I just say I dont train, I just woke up on day and I was big and the funny thing is that gets the same reaction

I had a pic of me flexing on my myspace and my friend commented it saying "dude....train me." I told him "lol I'm not qualified for that, I only know what works for me...but we can workout together or something" or something like that. Then at the end of the "workout" he asks me if I'm on sterroids. lol  .
(and by workout I mean him trying to keep up with me in weight doing 2 reps on incline du with dumbell presses instead of using what was right for him)

I only told one friend that I use supplements because he actually knows what they are and do.

I have this one friend who's like "i need you to help me. What can i do to get jacked in the shortest amount of time." i explained diet and how often he should workout, and protein. I was really being serious and everything. Then at the end he's like "so this isn't gonna take more than a month is it? aww fuk that." I haven't seen him in the gym since.
