Hey everybody! This is my first time posting in this section, but I figured that since scivation decided to be so generous and offer their diet and exercise stratgies for free I could at least provide a log of how well their system works. I will be starting this monday (3/10) so I will be getting in some last minute junk food this weekend (about to have a slice of pizza, Cheesecake factory tommorow with the fam). For the next 12 weeks my life belongs to this diet and exercise program, and derek will be only person I will be taking advice from.
Some before pictures are attached, side by side pictures will be posted 12 weeks from monday.
My goal at the end of these 12 weeks is to have my love handles gone and gut gone, and to just look decent for the summer and the beach. Derek has me doing a recomp.
Diet is as follows:

7 oz Lean Meat (Fish, Chicken, Beef)
30 Almonds or 10tsp Peanut Butter or 5 oz Avocado or 5tsp Olive/Flax/Enova Oil

As you can see it is fairly simple which I really like. I might switch up the order of the meals, because one of these will have to be at work, so the last egg meal might be switched up a bit. Derek is also allowing my one cheat meal a week which my body should handle fine, my metabolism is fairly fast put the food I have been eating the past few months has defintley been detrimental.
I will be following the Tri-phase training routine, and doing some Low intensity cardio along with two days of HIIT
Supps will be: Scorch, DCP, Retain 2, Xtend.

thanks for all the support guys! Just wanted to let everybody know I just had my first meal of the diet, and I don't think I have ever eaten 5 whole eggs in my entire life! It was a ton of food! I love it! Im off to the gym in an hour! updates later today.

Day 1
So the day is almost over. I have to say the diet is very very easy to follow and I was not hungry at all throughout the day, actully I still have one meal left at 11 PM. Workout went good, here are some numbers

*energy was very good and so was the pump, weighed in at a little over 207 today, prior to my workout. I am not going to be a scale junkie at all results will defintley be based 98% in what I see in the mirror. all I have to say is: 2 scoops choc. whey, 10 tsp PB, 5 ince cubes= wow. I love this diet. Also I just found out I can put salt on my eggs, thank god, no more choking haha.

Alright very good day today. Did my HIIT this morning followed by 15 mins of LISS. Eggs went down A LOT easier with some sea salt! Deceided I would try a recipe too. I took my 10 tsp of peanut butter, balled them in 5 balls, placed thm in the freezer then dipped them in walden farms or whatever it is 0 calorie 0 sugar chocalte syrup and then froze them again. Awesome just like reese's pb cups! Im starting to get the hang of CHA!!
