    Arrow What would you suggest? NEED HELP!

    For someone who is needing to loose maybe 10 lbs, but has cellulite all over thier body. I am asked to help a friend and I was amazed that she has VERY healthy and fit, but had cellulite all over, mainly on her legs and back.

    What can she do to get rid of this. I have to admit that I have a little and would LOVE to get rid of it, but to have it all over the body evenly is hard to swallow.

    Any help and suggestions would be great!

    Lightbulb

    As you know fat is lost by proper eating. But it's better to do cardio in a way where more than just the legs are working like on a stepper or bike. If you have access to one of those eliptical skier machines do that as it will work more of the body with upper body coming into play too. Thus allowing you to work harder and more efficiently.

    Where you store fat is pretty much genetic... and unfortunately, you cannot "spot reduce" , or take fat off from a certain area. As the bodyfat % gets lower, it will get less and less noticeable.
