It would be a real far stretch to say that something found in breast milk is cancer promoting.

I haven't heard that casein will give you the ****s, but it could depend on the person.

That isn't true. I am lactose intolerant and I can consume micellar casein without any issues. Cheap caseinates might be a potential culprit though.

I think the message the guy is trying to get across, goes beyond casein. It has alot to do with the chemicals that potentially exist in milk products.

That's all that was said in that video. I saw nothing about casein = cancer.

Could casein potentially increase cancer growth? Sure, so could whey, egg, soy, pea, architoke and any other protein source you can think of... FOOD in general can increase cancer growth as it supports tissue and cell growth.

Casein itself however is not carcinogenic by nature.

There is no doubting that, at least in my experience.

I use to drink a gallon of milk every 3rd or 4th day in college as it was a cheap source of protein and easy to consume. I started getting multiple sinus infections and never knew why. It wasn't until my first cutting cycle that I dropped tha milk and started to realize I could breathe again and no longer had the urge to hack up a lung.

Have you ever tried lactose-free milk? I noticed a lot of sinus problems when I used regular milk, but lactose-free seems to be okay. It is just expensive as all get out though.

I think it would help to avoid using casein if you have a respiratory problem such as asthma or bronchitis.

I never have because usually lactose problems are associated with porcelain ponys... that was never a problem, but I can try it.

I never had any problem where I had to go to the bathroom. I would just bloat up and get stuffy.
