if it was really a fat cep wouldnt ya think that the underarmour would be constricting it ALOT more? listen man i worked hard and i never had a sick day or anything i ate well and i got results. Yes i know there is fat but at 22%percent body fat its natural. You can say anything you want but dont bash my work.

do the math before you say somthing like that, his measurments are wrong
340 @22%bf would put him at 266lbs 0%bf. so he could compete at about 270 making him board line IFBB pro at 15.
so hes a ripped contest shape 270lbs naturally?
i think not, im estimae your 40% bf, putting your lean weight at 204, add 10lbs or so for water and fat, your still singe digit bf, 214lbs at 15....lmao
oo on top of that 340lbs at 33% to 340lbs at 22% is a 47lb increase in LEAN muscle mass....whilt losing that much bf at the same time.
now, lets assume your stats are true, your arms would be like 27ins...not 20....
so you have 40lbs more muscle than me, at 15 naturaly.....
GTFO, i cant believe people believe this....Last edited by RoidRage300; 03-08-2008 at 05:32 PM.
