heres my dad mesuring just to fit its 20 but since i have a some fat on it when i get down to it its 19.3

yeah i started off at 33%. Iwas tired of always having to shop at bi and tall and i play football so i wanted to change from o line o fullback so i worked my but off but the thing is when i started i was 340 at 33% and now im 22% at 340 and still gaining muscle
