Sitting on a beach sippin some fruity drinks. Yes the Spring Break will be epic; yes if I get tail there will be pictures for the misc.

I'm pumped. Minus the full week off of the gym. But hey; it's jamaica.

i'm pretty sure the hotel has a gym. When i went noticed the hotels all have gyms

they do. But I'm taking full advantage of the drinks all the time from the 6 bars in the resort.

nice, i stayed in ocho rios, the jamaica grande, and at sandals before

Try and go to the diving cliffs in negril. You can dive off like a 40 foot (i think) cliff into nice bluue water at sunset. Its really nice. I've dove from the medium levels jumps, not the high ones.

BE very careful though, you can get seriously hurt. Your diving at your own risk. People have drowned, hurt spines, etc....

I am super jealous. Here are a few pics when my wife and I went to Sandals Whitehouse. It is on the Southwest Coast of Jamaica.

If I remember correctly I gained 7 pounds, all inclusive can do that to you.
