velocity diet, veggies and workout

i-m thinking about trying the velocity diet and i have 2 questions>

if i m really hungry, could i eat some veggy? in case, why not?

i read they do 3 wo a week but i normally train 4/5 times. is it a problem?

I never tried it, but I'm thinking about it.

If I decide to do it, I'll try to keep in as close to the original as possible (meaning, not eating anything except that bowl of oats..), I don't know if veggies can affect your results, I don't really think so because I read alot of variations of the V-diet (like eating a solid meal in the evenings every day..)

Try looking for it in the fat-loss section, I think you might get some answers.

As for the training, I have no idea :s sorry.

I did 28 days on the V-diet with a salad and chicken for dinner and lost 16.2 lbs so feel that eating some solid foods is okay and helps with sanity and being social.

As far as workouts I stayed with my usual schedule (sat -chest/triceps, sunday back/biceps etc) training 6 days a week and this felt fine and none of my lifts dropped during the diet.
