Hey guys I need to make weight of around 91kg in 10 days and atm I'm around 95kg. I've seen other pro boxers come in at say 115lbs for the weigh in and the next day they're well over 10 pounds heavier. I need to pull something like this off but not as drastic. How can I lose that much water/fat? Anyone have a list of the guidelines I should go through for the 2 days before the weigh in?
