    Exclamation QUESTion HELP!!!!

    well ive been on keto for 3 days lost about 2lbs, well i got done lifting, and afterwards broke down and had 2 dbl cheeseburgers, 1 without the top bun and the other just regular!!! will this affect my keto?? or should i just not worry about it and start frest tomm.

    This is a bad start but listen, you're in it for the long haul, so you should be fine. As for your diet, losing 2 pounds in 3 days was obviouslly too much for your body to handle - the standard is 2 pounds per week - and hence you decided to indulge. Up your calories a bit a make sure you're eating food you love and you're getting the proper amount of calories. Don't forget the veggies!
    Refocus, start again.

    Yea man, these things happen. I am a college student and every night my roommates want to drink beer. Before Keto I used to. I have been in Ketosis for 4 days now, and I am SO determined to stay there that I have given up drinking to make it work. One bun will throw you out of Ketosis, but it won't kill your diet. Keep going and before you know it you will be back in.

    Also, I had problems with motivating on other diet, and I went on bb.com archives and found some great advice in articles. Maybe these can give you some fresh persepctives!! Good luck!!
